Very interesting - I'll go and have a look.

I saw a similar project last September during London's design festival.

The installation connected London with a place in India via web cam and a
old-school phone. You could pick it up and talk to the guy on the other
side.

I found it disengaging - the guy was just waiting there for someone to talk
to him.

Here we've got a group - social - experience, which makes it much more
interesting.

I wonder how the lack of voice transmission affects the perception; it may
be more natural - people can't hear one another over long distances, but can
see.
