Simple.  If you're becoming stale, it's time to leap forward.  This is a
leap of education as well as a leap of faith.  Kill the fear, adjust,
morph.  You jumped into the unknown before - the result of which made you a
"thought leader."  You can't guaranteed duplicative results, but it seems to
me you've already seen the challenge in yourself to make the leap.  Go.
