Hi Oleh,

Better efficiency is achieved through Altova's MapForce product. You
only need to first save your spreadsheet to a csv file which can then
be used in the software to map to a xsd to create an xml.

If you don't have a xsd or dtd, then you can use XMLSpy to generate
or create one.

MapForce includes a ton of features such as code generation,    a
command line interface, ActiveX control, API, and many more to make
this process a snap.
