Description of the Ideal Candidate 


A usability expert with cutting edge, innovative style and
expertise/engagement in the Web 2.0 community
 
1) Being plugged in and active in the Web 2.0 community and technologies,
participating in conferences, forums, blogs, etc. 
2) Experience developing consumer-facing web applications with large user
bases. 
3) Knowing and actively learning latest browser-based technologies and
frameworks (AJAX, Flash, etc.) with familiarity with corresponding client
and server-side technologies. 
4) Ability to develop front-end code (AJAX, Javascript, CSS) is a plus. 
5) Graphical skills are required. If you can produce computer art, that's a
big plus.
