Www.capstrat.com is an agency that does a lot of work requiring 508
compliance. Thus we strive to be so as well. We work with a local school
for the visually impaired to keep us on our toes and to police the integrity
of our compliance as opposed to running it through the 508-o-mat like Bobby.
We also do flash sites.
Accessibility is woven into four functional groups within our interactive
group. Strategy, UX, Design and Development. Each of these groups has a lead
who, among a myriad of other tasks, makes sure that accessibility is
achieved as required. We once left this up to the developers only and that
failed.
