[IxDA Discuss] DUX 2007?

In the past folks have gotten very high value out of DUX and at the risk of getting arrows shot at me on this list I would suggest that DUX attracts more of a DMI (Design Management Institute) type of crowd except that it's firmly rooted in human factors and interaction designer versus DMI. I think you'll find most of the attendees at DUX are more in the realm of design management versus just individual contribution.

I don't think they've done a fantastic job marketing it this year but I'll be going. The question boils down to what you have to sacrifice instead to go to it. I personally have high hopes for the IxDA event in February.

Subject: [IxDA Discuss] DUX 2007?

Anyone have an opinion about the DUX conference? I am thinking about attending in chicago but was wondering what value folks have gotten out of it.

Thanks -Coryndon
