and gives it a few whacks upside the head for forgetting what made
Palms great back in the day.  It was, and still is, the user
experience.  Sure, great product design helps.  But Palms were a
fabulous product with mediocre physical design at a time when nobody
else could make heads or tails of handhelds.  Why?  Good user
experience.
