We rarely prototype in the same language the final product is built  
in. In fact, in most cases we prototype and/or advocate using a  
different language to emphasize the throwaway nature of the prototype.

Again, this depends on the goals established up front. If the goal is  
to recycle, we'll do it in the same language.
