Hi Racha:
Some initial thoughts.
The questions you ask Stakeholders can depend on:
* Who you are talking to
* How they fit into the overall picture
* The product you are looking to influence
* The domain
* The industry vertical
* Inputs to the interviews like: web site stats, usability reviews,
competitor analysis, web site statistics, previous research etc
Questions to ask yourself:
* What do you want to find out?
* How many people can you interview?
* What will you do with the data to help guide a product?
* What is the underlying reason for asking a specific question?
