[IxDA Discuss] Ideal Design Studio

Thanks everyone for the resources, I will check them out.

Luke, our studio is trying to embrace your last point about supporting
designers who want to manage others and those who don't. It is a recent
change so the jury is still out but some of the early issues are dividing
responsabilities and design authority.
