NEW SMART EXPERIENCE CLASSES + WORKSHOPS:
<-- PETER MORVILLE COMES TO NYC -->
After having the foresight to co-author the book "Information
Architecture for the World Wide Web" in 1998, Peter is looking
forward again to understand how we'll reconcile the timeless
principles of design and organization with new transmedia models
of interaction, co-creation, tagging, and user participation.
His article "Information Architecture 3.0" [1] drew heated
reactions, and soon he'll bring these ideas to New York in a
workshop [2] to examine how integrating product development,
information architecture, and interaction design can create good
experiences and sustainable value (real Web 2.0 case studies
that take the discussion beyond de.licio.us and Flickr
platitudes).

<-- NEW CLASS: "PROTOTYPING IN ACTION" -->
We all know that prototypes are glorious and good, but often we
don't make them because we don't have time. This new class,
taught by software aficionado and interaction designer Anders
Ramsay, helps you break out of your rut and introduce you to a
brave new prototyping future by reviewing the many tools
available, illustrating when each tool is the right one, and
working through hands-on prototyping together with you in class.
Get a small taste of the class in this animated discussion,
currently featured on our home page and on YouTube.

with new ideas and solutions for making online concerns an
everyday focus of a company.
