[IxDA Discuss] Looking for guidance

Hello group,
I have been a member a little over a month. This is my first post. I
enjoy reading all the conversations. This group seems friendly and the
comments and advice are always sincere. Now, I am the one looking for
a little guidance and/or advice.

I am a grad student at Kent State University. I am studying IA. This
semester I am required to write a research paper. I have chosen the
topic of issues in interaction design. This topic is broad and I would
like some ideas for narrowing this topic.

Any personal issues that are faced repeatedly or books and/or articles
that would be helpful are greatly appreciated.
