Russell brings up an interesting foot note suggesting there might be
differences based on setting. Innie vs. outtie, but also
compliance-based vs. non-compliance-based.

But I would suggest that a new role in those settings should be at
play (new human being). Designers should not be documenting, but
communicating design. Documentation should be done by a writer. And
documentation and communicating design are not the same thing.

I really like the idea of the design communicator role from Cooper.
