[IxDA Discuss] IxDA Membership Survey - Nov 2007

Hi folks,

There is a bug in the survey logic that's  annoying, if not
infuriating to an IxD'er! If you enter "none" to the first
membership question, naturally you shouldn't be required to answer
subsequent questions about memberships. Very sorry about that -- I
can't figure out why the logic that's in place isn't working
properly. 

Please bear with the system, if possible, and keep the input coming!
