I definitely second Jeffery Zeldman's "Designing With Web Standards" along
with it check out http://www.alistapart.com which is an online web magazine
put together by a few of the big names in the industry (including Zeldman).
Dave Shea's "The Zen of CSS Design" is also an amazing book for visually
representing what can be done with CSS and how to do it. I very highly
recommend it.
