[IxDA Discuss] A tool for managing use cases / requirements

We use Clear Case with WIKI linking screens and relevant user views.
IT's not perfect, but Clear Case handles the UC/Req side, and linking them
up in a WIKI environment allows ease of access to linked info.
With accurate archiving of WKI pgs this ca n be very effective with
versioning.
Note we link UC's to prototypes/ annotated diagrams, then the
prototypes/annoted diagrams go to req level for that UC.
