[IxDA Discuss] Use of perspective in interfaces

I am trying to find applications or websites that use perspective (depth) to
simulate 3D in the 2D environment provided by the computer screen.

 

Does anyone happen to know of any examples?

 

I will appreciate references to any publications as well - research
articles, blog postings, books... anything counts.
