[IxDA Discuss] Mobile application prototyping tools

I'd suggest prototyping in XHTML and JS, and then testing it in Opera Mini on a couple of different phones..

Dear All,

i am trying to prototype a photo/video sharing application for mobile and
PC. i was just wondering that are there any tools/environments (preferably
free or if paid then not very expensive) which could help me in prototyping
the application for mobile devices (keeping in mind the different
requirements of mobile screen sizes) and regular PC. The prototype needs to
be an interactive one using only HTML and JS.

any directions?
