[IxDA Discuss] UI as a sales pitch - Animated interfaces?

I have to throw in the book that got me through my traditional and
computer animation classes: The Animator's Survival Guide by Richard
Williams. The history alone in the book makes it a fabulous read, but
I really like his take on the importance of timing in animation.
It's definitely focused on character animation, but I think there is
still a lot to learn from it.
