Hi Christina,
What parts of your current role are most pleasurable and/or satisfying to you? Why? How does that (not) differ from the most pleasurable and/or satisfying parts of your prior role? Are you spending more or less time, as a percentage of working time, doing the stuff you love to do?
Those answers bear on for whom in the audience your transition might be a good one. They also enable your audience to empathize with you in your current plight, er, role. ;>)
Wish I could drop-in for your presentation.
Peace,
Doug Anderson

HI y'all
I've been coaxed into giving a talk about going from a designer to the
CEO/founder of a start-up at Baychi tonight, and I'm working on my
slides and boy, am I boring! If you were going to come see me tonight,
what would you like to know? If you've made the switch, what would you
like to tell folks?
Answer here, or here http://www.boxesandarrows.com/idea/view/5240 or to
me privately if its naughty.
