[IxDA Discuss] New example of a persona available

Hey folks, if you're interested in personas and are looking to collect
examples of them, FYI that I've posted a new example on my blog at:

I've included a bit of background on the context in which the persona was
used. This project was a great example of the difference between what you
hear in a focus group and what you observe in the field: the premise behind
the web application we were designing was that people worried about security
when sending email attachments; our ethnographic research contradicted the
focus groups to suggest that wasn't really the case.

People knew they were *supposed* to be worried about security and said so
during the focus groups, but their behaviors showed how convenience trumped
everything.
