Hi Everyone,
As a follow up to our book on Effective Prototyping for Software
Makers<http://www.effectiveprototyping.com>,
Michael Arent, Nevin Berger, Fred Sampson and I are now working on a how-to
book on Prototyping with Excel for Morgan-Kaufman. Excel--believe it or
not--is a tool for what we call "Extreme Rapid Prototyping." It's the least
likely of prototyping tools, but we have had tremendous success with it.
We are looking for people who have experience working with Excel (or other
off-the-beaten-track prototyping aid) as a prototyping tool, if you have
your own stories, tips or tricks that you would care to share and be part of
our upcoming book, we'd love to hear from you. Just write to me at
j.s.arnowitz at acm.org.
If you are interested in finding out more about excel prototyping you can
check out the following article from interactions:
http://portal.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1109084
I also have some excel prototyping templates I can share if you are
interested.
Best regards,
Jonathan
