If anyone is interested in volunteering their time and energy towards
making the beta project (soon to be the "gamma" project) better and
greater please contact myself or Jeff with an email to list (at) ixda
(dot) org. There is a basecamp that we are using to track issues and
do project planning.
Maybe something that people can work on is what it would take to make
an "Open source" project out of this initiative where there are
"drops" of code and discussions for design ideas in an open
"Sourceforge.net" type environment. But for now b/c of password
security issues and just scalability of managing volunteers.
We particularly need people who can code. Seriously, there are no
lack of designers on this project, but the design ideas are suffering
mostly due to our lack of ability to execute (time, resources, and
talent) on the coding level.
