[IxDA Discuss] group brainstorm template for sketches and ideas

Rather than or in addition to Written Description, I have found it helpful
to label ideas with concise, catchy Titles and/or Numbers.

This makes the ideas easier to reference and discuss. For instance, "I think
we should combine Welcome Committee with parts of Persistent Status, but I'm
against Homepage As Bento Box".
