I think you meant mentorship, right? I think mentorship really helps. I love 
what I've learned with all my mentors.

I don't think it is the same as having an institution board evaluating 
skills of young designers, or a master deciding when you're ready to go - 
that's what I meant as master-apprentice relationship ;-).
