Position Description 
Telogical Systems is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our product design and eLearning initiatives.  Specific responsibilities include assisting in the design of web based applications used by major telecommunications companies in the U.S. and assisting in the creation of web-based training modules to facilitate the use of these web-based applications.  This is a full time position.  Salary is commensurate with experience. 
 
 
Job Functions
Design web based applications
Mock-up all key interface elements
Describe in detail all functional elements
Test and validate these designs by applying real data
Create flash-based eLearning modules using Articulate’s Studio & Adobe Captivate
Other miscellaneous product design or marketing related activities
 
 
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
3 – 5 years product management or product design experience
Bright, intelligence and energetic
Responsible, reliable and hard working
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Able to quickly master eLearning & graphics software packages
Thorough attention to detail with strong organizational skills 
Solid graphic design, creativity and problem-solving skills
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
Strong technical abilities including proficiency with Microsoft Office products, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
