Liz Danzico, Happy Cog
Liz Danzico is equal parts information architect, usability analyst, 
and editor. With nearly ten years of experience as a user experience 
professional, she makes information useful, usable, and delightful 
for websites of all shapes and sizes.

Liz has organized information for sites across a variety of 
industries, including retail, publishing, media and entertainment, 
nonprofit, and financial services and is presently information 
architect for [Happy Cog] <http://www.happycog .com/>. She also 
oversees the editorial team and process for [Rosenfeld Media] 
<http://rosenfeldmed ia.com/>, a publisher of user experience books, 
and is editor for [Boxes and Arrows] 
<http://www.boxesand arrows.com/>, a website for information 
architects.

Hendrik Kleinsmiede, Senior Vice President, User Experience,
Roundarch
Hendrik is SVP of User Experience at Roundarch, providing strategic
leadership around all aspects of user experience and user centered
design (UCD/UXD).  With more than 16 years of experience in consulting,
mainly around web technologies in the financial services sector,
Hendrik helps drive innovation in design, usability, information
architecture, content management and RIA.  He has served such clients
as American Express, JPMC, Citgroup, and Credit Suisse in New York, ABN
Amro in Amsterdam and BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and HSBC in London.

Lawrence Lipkin, Ameritrade

Victor Lombardi, Director, Smart Experience
Victor is the Director of Smart Experience (http://smartexperience.
org/), a new school offering state-of-the- art 
classes to Internet, mobile, and software professionals in New York 
City. His passion for bringing curious people together includes co-
founding the Overlap business+design event and the Information 
Architecture Institute. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and an 
old Gibson guitar.
