Kevin: your point is very valid. ANd I definately don't encourgae it
but do you think people using phones in cars do that less if they are
forced to two hand operation? In a two hand case it gets even more
dangerous. I fex use the GPS and hands free(on the N95) in car. But
there are many other scenarios where one hand operation is more
suitable.

Dave: About the article which I read, congratulations to Steve, even
the Nokia CTO can't resist saying something iPhone related ;)

Rapid and heavy text entry would be a N95 flaw I suppose. It is
standard T9 that remebers words you add to it. But thats it. You
could always connect a foldable BT keypad but then you have to have
another device with you.

Thing is I tend to in 90% of the time be within 30min of a lap top or
other proper computer. So I use the phone to make calls, stay
connected, create and consume media.

I love that I ALWAYS have a proper media player, camera for video and
(good)images that I can upload to flickr or vox instantly, a GPS and a
phone and don't have to have several devices for it. So if you
exchange your iPod, digital camera or GPS for a N95 you could fit an
extra keyboard in your pocket instead ;)

Your point about BB w/o a touch screen beeing much harder to use 1
handed than a treo with one, I suppose proves the opposite of my
theory then but that has not been my experience. Neither the BB or
Treo has never been big around here.
