I've done the same as 3 person company.  The nicest thing about having
it is not protection from anything I might do wrong, but protection
from specious accusations.

As a side bar, in recent negotiations with a large client of mine,
they tried to apply the standard agreement for all vendors, large and
small, to me.  I got them to get rid of drug testing requirements and
significant amounts of indemnification (no, I am not indemnifying
their customers ...); they also lowered the liability insurance
requirements from $5M to $3M (combined).

In short, it pays to negotiate.
