[IxDA Discuss] select exact number widget?

It would be better to prevent the user from selecting more than the
limit. Way too many extra steps here.

We have implemented a solutions that, as the first "over the limit"
box is checked, we display a dhtm layer with a message (which would
you like to deselect) and the selected choices shown. It anything but
elegant... but it works as a stop gap.
