JOB DESCRIPTION:
Do you have a passion for creating great software products? Are you eager to
make things work better and do something with impact? You will be a member
of a dynamic product team committed to making our product the best in the
industry. You will work with engineering on new products, as well as enhance
existing products. You will be responsible for designing new features and
enhance exiting features for the meevee.com user experience based on a
balance of user and business requirements.

Candidates should be prepared to provide samples of their work and
methodologies, or need not apply.

Job Qualifications:

   - Strong user interface and information architecture design skills
   - 1 to 3 years experience in the design of intuitive, user-centered
   application interfaces for websites, Internet applications or desktop
   applications
   - Excellent understanding of user experience design for the Web and
   ability to show relevant work
   - Ability to articulate dynamic interaction for rich media (Flash,
   Flex, Ajax, etc) in state diagrams and wire frames
   - Background in consumer-centric web usability
   - Proficiency with producing storyboards, wire frames and static HTML
   prototypes
   - Extremely detail oriented
   - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment a must
   - Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
   - Able to manage multiple projects
   - Degree in human factors, cognitive psychology or graphic design is
   desired

 Required Technical Skills and Knowledge:

   - Visio and Adobe Photoshop.
   - Experience in conducting usability tests is a plus
   - Familiarity with rich media such as Flash and Ajax

Job Responsibilities:

   - You will report to the Product Design & User Experience Manager and
   work cross-functionally with Product Management, UI Designers and
   Engineering to maintain and develop new features for the
MeeVee.comwebsite, its tools and features
   - Develop intuitive (usable, learnable and consistent) interaction for
   MeeVee.com tools and features
   - Provide support documentation including but not limited to
   interaction specifications, wire frames, state diagrams and static HTML
   prototypes
   - Participate in usability testing and other feedback mechanisms as
   needed
