The Telecommunication dept at Michigan State Univ (http://tc.msu.edu/) has a
wide range of stuff going on. They have programs in production, game design,
telecom law and policy and and inter-university research lab (
http://www.mindlab.org) focusing on human-computer interaction,
communication, and virtual environment design.
