Sorry, but I have a knee-jerk reaction against pretty mockups (look and feel
prototypes) with interfaces that have poor usability and little thought to
ergonomics. Can you imagine trying to actually use this GMEA phone
http://www.plusminus.ru/phone.html for real dialing? The phone is original
primarily because it is a lot of functionality packed into a package we
don't have the technology to do yet. I would say that the credit card
form-factor should adapt to the needs of the user; not that the user's
device should morph into a credit card for the needs of the credit card
company. Also this device looks very similar to existing advanced PDAs in
terms of functionality. But it is cool to see people thinking outside the
box in terms of interfaces.
