The design group at SAP's Palo Alto R&D campus is setting the design direction and corporate UI standards for a wide range of advanced applications including developer tools, systems administration with monitoring technology, UCD research methods development, and product design.

At SAP, you will design GUIs and define GUI standards based on user research, market and sales drivers, business requirements, and technical requirements. You will conceptualize and create designs, prototypes, and specifications to inform and guide development efforts on new features and products. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate level training in:
         - Human Computer Interaction
         - Human Factors
         - Other related disciplines
* Minimum 3 years experience doing user interface and user experience conceptualization, design and specification of data-driven software in a high tech company.
 
Required Skills:
Experience in translating business, technical, and usability requirements and human-factors principles into best practice user interface/user experience designs, specifications, and UI standards. In addition, experience with developing user profiles, use scenarios, task flows, prototypes and information hierarchies.
