[IxDA Discuss] deliverables of an IA process?

If you are doing a more metadata-centric type of IA project, you might
also deliver specs relevant for search engines, navigation structures,
and metadata tagging, such as:

- Card sorting or other user research report
- Controlled vocabularies (in either human- or machine-readable form)

I recommend both the Polar Bear book and the Whiteboard book for
further reading.
