[IxDA Discuss] Regarding developing Usability Matrix

Hello all,

For a couple of weeks I had been thinking about developing a Usability
matrix which can be applied to any project in a product development /
software services company. The quest is to develop a standard set of
usability factors to measure the effectiveness of usability efforts invested
on a project. The main purpose is to measure and translate by what extent
the project success can be defined. Here the intention is to highlight
project accountability for usability activities which should finally attach
to success criteria's of the project.

Anybody has any inputs about developing such usability matrix? I would
appreciate if anyone can provide me with their thoughts on developing such
matrix.
