[IxDA Discuss] Interview questions: Which by phone and which in person?

I have read with interest this past September's discussion of potential interview questions for IxD candidates, and I have a question for you guys.  I am presently compiling a list of questions to be asked in telephone interviews and a list to be asked during subsequent in-person interviews.  What kinds of questions would you ask over the phone and what would you save for the f2f sessions?  (Note: I am not yet asking about exercises, as they need to be conducted in person and my goal right now is to separate phone questions from f2f questions.)
