PROJECT MANAGER
iQ Content is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our  
rapidly-growing user centred design consultancy.

You’re the most organised person you know. An experienced project  
manager, you’d like to work in a dynamic organisation where things

solving problems and delivering smooth outcomes. You like working  
with smart people and smart clients and they like working with you.  
You have a background in the delivery of complex technology projects,  
and know that project management is much more than to-do lists and  
deadlines. You can confidently claim the following personal qualities:

project's goals even when working under pressure.
* Command of the details: No one will ever trip you up on the details  
of a project you are managing, you know the project inside out.
* Zen-like calm: You keep your head when all around you are losing  
theirs. You can keep a team of strong personalities focused on the  
work while maintaining good relations with all.
* Strong communicator: You can communicate your thoughts clearly,  
concisely and confidently either one-to-one or to a room-full of  
project stakeholders.
* An insatiable desire to learn and to teach: You need to be able to  
improve your skills and working practices on your own initiative and  
share your knowledge with clients and colleagues.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will be experienced project managers able to  
hit the ground running. They will ideally have a background in IT or  
a related industry and will have the following skills and experience:
* Expert project management skills. You are confident that you can  
consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and to the  
exceptional level of quality our clients expect.

* Previous experience managing teams delivering complex technology  
products or services.

* A track record of successful client relationship management.

* Experience with MS Excel for planning, tracking and analysing  
project metrics and budgets.

* Experience using MS Project, OmniPlan or similar project management  
software.

RESPONSIBILITIES
0As a Project Manager with iQ Content you will become an integral  
part of a world-class team. You will be working on a wide variety of  
high-profile internet projects, facing new and interesting challenges  
on a daily basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be  
responsible for the day-to-day management of a number of projects,  
which involves:
1.     Create and manage the project plan and monitor progress  
throughout the project lifecycle.

2.     Provide regular updates to the team and the client, and ensure  
good communication through our Basecamp extranet and regular project  
meetings.

3.     Maintain project momentum and keep the project and the team on  
track.

4.     Work with the Design Lead to manage the client relationship.

5.     Manage the project budget, including team timesheets, client  
invoicing, travel and other expenses and external contractor fees.

6.     Provide regular reports to operations director, and work with  
operations director to effectively manage resources for all projects.

7.     Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure all project  
accounts, invoicing and expenses are up to date

8.     Work with the Business Development team to generate and track  
new business leads.
