Here we are, a group of people not unfamiliar with usability issues,
who seem to agree that the original job posting (presumably provided
by the employer) would require a second Da Vinci. We've had a number
of discussions about this kind of job description before.
Perhaps we should ask Beau, the recruiter who originally posted the
job offer, if there's any way to _reliably_ enlighten employers about
the Spray-on Usability problem.
Beau - I don't want to put you on the spot, because you're _far_ from
the first recruiter to post job listings like this one, and we all
know it's the hiring managers who are fault.
However, as a recruiter, you probably get a better idea of what's
driving this behavior. Do you have any idea why employers so often
mash up developer and usability roles in one job position?
