I personally would not staff or have a position that is responsible
for all that. It is good to have folks with knowledgeable backgrounds
in all that, but unless you have just a lot of time, this person just
will not have the ability to focus and produce quality work.
Think about it, if you had a deadline of both defining a usability
test script, a sql schema, and say wire frames, in a given week (aside
from getting burnt out) how many corners are going to have to be cut?
