[IxDA Discuss] Gas pump interaction design

I wonder if people would be willing to pay extra for ease of use when a
product is not *generally* considered difficult to use, or if they'd
consider it an embarassment? Paying more for an easy-to-program VCR
carries no sense of shame. I don't know that you can say the same for a
gas pump.
