Flickr has two sign ons (the original Flickr sign on, for legacy members, and the Yahoo! sign on) and I believe they still want to move to the single Yahoo sign on evenetually, although they experienced a backlash from Flickr users when they originally acquired Flickr. I forget whether they changed the timeline for the transition or just massaged the language around it, but it might make a semi-relevant case study for what you're talking about.

Subject: [IxDA Discuss] Sites with Multiple Sign Ons

[Please voluntarily trim replies to include only relevant quoted material.]

Hi All,

I'm working with a client right now that has a site with multiple sign
ons that are very gradually migrating to a single sign on.

Does anyone know of any sites that currently have multiple sign ins
and also sites that are migrating to a single sign on.

Thanks much,
