Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) http://www.hfes.org/Web/  
But also look for local chapters of SIG-CHI, UPA, ISDA, HFES etc. in
your city. The local chapters are a great source of support,
information, and networking that is "tuned" to your local area.
