 The ideal candidate should be experienced in all of the following aspects 
of the design process: information architecture, interaction design, and 
web design.  Individuals should have a good understanding of User Centered 
Design principals.  The right candidate will be able to get up to speed 
quickly, develop UIs that meet business objectives, adhere to brand and 
web standards, communicate effectively and work collaboratively with 
multifunctional teams, including offshore development centers.
