Good points, Jim. You're absolutely right.
I am of course suffering from the same Web myopia.
But then again, the recent overlap I was referring to was the Web/software
community with the product design community. Each has their own version
and history of "interaction design." And since the histories aren't
generally shared, there's a lot of learning to be done.
Thanks for the reality check. I could use a good one once a day.
