  A strong stable company is looking for a Lead Information Architect for the Bay Area.  This is an opportunity to lead a team and oversee projects for a major segment of the interaction experience of users online.   Key Responsibilities:
  *Provide vision for UE project needs and project team
  *Provide guidance for interaction design on products
  *Lead and motivate the interaction design team
  *Hire, train and coach UE Project Team Members
  *Work with cross functional team collaboratively
  *Create an online functional experience which gives competitive edge
  *Maintain consistency of IA design
   
  The best candidates will have strong interaction design skills.  They will have the ability to lead a team in providing a superior user experience that will provide the company with a competitive edge.  They will know the marketplace and new technologies.  They will have strong knowledge of web design, prototyping, content strategy and capabilities of web browsers across multiple platforms.  They will have 5+ years experience in web based IA or interaction design with 2-3 of those years in direct management.
   
  A good leader will be excited about the challenges of this position. It will provide the opportunity to make a real impact and lead a strong team and add additional team members.  This position will drive the daily interaction design of the company's online presence for assigned products and services.
