I have a strong opportunity for an experienced Interaction Designer and/or User Experience Researcher.  The position is in the Bay Area with a top flight organization.
   
  This major corporation is very solid financially and has enjoyed seeing their stock double in the last two years.  The environment is a close and supportive team with a minimum of politics. The projects will include interface design, information architecture and usability testing for multiple websites and large enterprise software applications.  The user experience team is growing and provides good career growth potential. 
   
  We are looking for designer with:
    
   Min 2 years of experience as User Experience Architect to strong experience   
   BS Degree in human factors, behavioral sciences or equivalent   
   Excellent communication and facilitation skills   
   Proficiency in page layout with rapid prototyping tools   
   Experience running user research   
   Ability to write protocols and implement usability studies   
   Create highly polished wireframes and design specifications   
   Abreast of best practices in usability and interaction design 
   
  The individual can be primarily experienced as an interaction designer or as a usability researcher.  Either primary skill will fit the position and be a welcome part of the team.
