This workshop is has the "2.0" moniker because it's markedly
different from our past "Beyond Usability" workshops. Instead of
trying to cover an entire process of user experience design, we will
focus on four crucial areas:
  - Company Insight
  - User Research
  - Information Architecture
  - Interaction Design

In each area we will engage in numerous hands-on activities, giving
you the confidence to practice these methods in your work life. You
will come away with the workshop knowing how to
  - get the most out of talking to stakeholders
  - tie user experience design to explicit business value
  - craft a site intercept survey
  - conduct, and analyze, ethnographic interviews
  - analyze content and features for useful metadata
  - build a solid information architecture
  - develop personas and scenarios that work
  - draw wireframes that communicate well

I look forward to seeing you there!
