I tend to use different colour post-its for entry fields just to make  
it a little bit more obvious what's intended to be scribbled on.

Another handy tip is to get a can of 3M Spray Mount (it's like a  
spray on version of the glue on post its) print off a bunch of  
standard form components and make your own ;-)
