 Responsibilities:
Dynamic and diverse team seeks an enthusiastic  human factors
researcher. Must have in-depth knowledge of many types  of research and
enjoy working closely with others. Must be willing to  get your hands
dirty, become excited while discussing ideas, produce  clear findings
and recommendations, excel at oral communication and  client relations,
and enjoy being part of a large user centered design  community.

 Qualifications:
 * Masters Degree in Human Factors, Cognitive or Experimental
Psychology, or an equivalent field in the behavioral sciences
 * At least five years of industry experience as a hands-on researcher
 * Expertise in a broad range of methodologies including: experimental
design, data analysis, and results interpretation, inferential
statistics, site visits, interviews, card sorts, focus groups, user
flows, user profiling, task analysis, etc * Strong understanding of  GUI
design concepts and emerging technologies * Experience teaching  others
in these concepts and methodologies * Attention to metrics -  regular
testing of your work and the work of others.
 * Enjoy working closely with others, respectful of other perspectives
 * Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills *
Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex  projects
in a timely manner
 * Ability to travel to as needed - up to 25%
